@HeatherEdmond13 @TownCloseEmma @NSFTtweets You make a really strong point about lack of continuity of care as well as competence with locums. @NSFTtweets management has gone out of its way to make the trust a terrible place to work for doctors and excluded them from decision making along with other front line staff.

How did @NSFTtweets get into this situation? Because its incompetent, self-serving management sees front line clinical staff, including doctors, as an inconvenience. As long as they can tick a box and carry on dunking biscuits, they don't care about qualifications or quality.

Essentially, when you or a loved one sees a locum consultant psychiatrist at @NSFTtweets, you're tossing a coin as to whether they are a qualified psychiatrist or not. That isn't the same as just working through an agency.
