@CarolineAldrid5 @NSFTtweets We don't actually report half of it. We don't have time. @MarieELFT and @warren_nsft should be absolutely ashamed of what they have done at @NSFTtweets. They could have made a difference. Instead, they've reinforced the same failed incompetent management and bullying culture.

One in five qualified nurses have gone since the merger, cuts and chaos and but referrals have doubled. Care coordinators have huge caseloads, some over 80. @NSFTtweets management is infamous for bullying. See NHS Staff Survey. Can people do their jobs in these circumstances?

Perhaps Ms Devonish didn't see a psychiatrist because there are 45 less doctors than there were before the Norfolk and Suffolk mental health trusts disastrously merged to form @NSFTtweets? It isn't the care coordinator's fault if they don't have sufficient medical support. pic.twitter.com/Ap20bBc4aM

Six years ago the Campaign to Save Mental Health Services in Norfolk and Suffolk joined Twitter. How depressing that @NSFTtweets is still Inadequate? Why are the management values still so toxic? Why are people still being let down? When will it change? #MyTwitterAnniversary pic.twitter.com/bC9jYtgitS
