Unfortunately, the pie chart is all too true. The Dept of Health claim its nothing to do with them, and refer you to NHS England. NHS England blame the Trust’s and the Trust’s blame the CCG. The CCG’s blame the government and NHS England………..no one seems to care about the suffering of patients, relatives, and staff caught up in this ridiculous mess. Get rid of NHS England as they seem to do little, apart from adding a layer of bureaucracy, and give money directly to CCG’s.
