How did @NSFTtweets get into this situation? Because its incompetent, self-serving management sees front line clinical staff, including doctors, as an inconvenience. As long as they can tick a box and carry on dunking biscuits, they don't care about qualifications or quality.
Essentially, when you or a loved one sees a locum consultant psychiatrist at @NSFTtweets, you're tossing a coin as to whether they are a qualified psychiatrist or not. That isn't the same as just working through an agency.
Remember this? We made a Freedom of Information Request. Every permanent consultant psychiatrist at @NSFTtweets is on the Specialist Register, i.e. qualified. 50 per cent of the locum consultant psychiatrists at @NSFTtweets are not on the Specialist Register, i.e. unqualified. twitter.com/NSFTCrisis/sta…
