NOTW: Mental Health Change Managers Band 7 x 2

This week there are two identical twin Nonjobs of The Week (NOTW) as Band 7 Change Managers ‘working’ for the ‘delightful’ Mark Payne of Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

Of course, there is no requirement for any experience or knowledge of mental health in the nonjob description from Norfolk and Waveney CCG. Why would there be? These nonjobs, which will remove more than £100,000 from NHS mental health budgets in Norfolk every year, are for biscuit-dunking bureaucratic buzzword bingo players and Microsoft Project jockeys.

Appalling commissioning has been at the heart of the problems at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), as deliberately underfunded and understaffed mental health services have consequently failed.

Commissioners have repeatedly broken promises and cut services whilst giving themselves huge pay rises.

You can read the nonjob description below and apply by clicking the image at the bottom of the post.

Please note that successful applicants will be required to supply their own pillows and bedding for use during ‘working’ hours.

  1. Hi, Neat post. There is a problem with your web site in internet explorer, would check this… IE still is the market leader and a good portion of people will miss your great writing because of this problem.

  2. I got what you intend, appreciate it for posting.Woh I am happy to find this website through google. “Do not be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment.” by Ralph Waldo Emerson.

  3. I am really loving the theme/design of your website. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A handful of my blog readers have complained about my blog not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox. Do you have any solutions to help fix this problem?

  6. An interesting discussion is worth comment. I think that you should write more on this topic, it might not be a taboo subject but generally people are not enough to speak on such topics. To the next. Cheers

  7. Greetings from California! I’m bored to death at work so I decided to check out your site on my iphone during lunch break. I really like the knowledge you present here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home. I’m shocked at how fast your blog loaded on my phone .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyways, good site!
