The Campaign to Save Mental Health Services is an organisation established for not-for-profit purposes and does not make a profit to enrich others.

It undertakes that it will only:

  • process information necessary to establish or maintain membership or support of the Campaign to Save Mental Health Services in Norfolk & Suffolk; and
  • process information necessary provide or administer activities for people who are members of the Campaign to Save Mental Health Services in Norfolk & Suffolk or have regular contact with it; and
  • only share the information with people and organisations necessary to carry out the Campaign to Save Mental Health Services in Norfolk & Suffolk’s activities; and
  • only keep the information while the individual is a member or supporter or as long as necessary for member/supporter administration.

Given these undertakings and the not-for-profit nature of the Campaign to Save Mental Health Services in Norfolk & Suffolk, it is exempt from the requirement for data protection registration with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). You can discover more about this here.
