Video: Amy Eagle’s contribution to NSFT’s corporate video for the first CQC inspection vs BBC coverage of Alexander Report

Compare what the new deputy Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), Amy Eagle, said in NSFT’s corporate videos for the first Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection with what her staff said in the Alexander Report interviews at the same time.

We forced publication of the secret report a year later.

An appalling appointment.

Amy was a bully when she was there before running away, making derogatory remarks about her team leaders and humiliating people openly.  Well despised amongst the staff.  She took no responsibility for her actions, but as soon as the disaster of the radical redesign could no longer be ignored she jumped ship,  now back I see with another leap up a ladder she doesn’t deserve, and ruling with her bestie, that awful inhuman HR lead.  These people need to be removed if NSFT ever wants to get back on track.  Besides, why on earth would NSFT need a deputy COO, is the COO not able to do this on their own?!
