The Campaign wrote to the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and the other organisiations on the 11 December 2023 due to their continuous silence rather than holding Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) to account, amidst more repeated failures and more public uncovering of the death crisis.

There was nothing… So it was sent again on the 21st January 2024.
