The sources of the employment data are the various Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) Annual Report and Accounts published between 2011 and 2015.

The sources of the Serious Incident (SI) data are various reports to the NSFT Board published on the NSFT website.

The chart of provider funding was leaked to us from the presentation made by NSFT to the CQC during its inspection. However, the same chart is reproduced in the NSFT Annual Report and Accounts 2014-15.
