Over the last 10 years, the campaign has written and tried to communicate with relevant bodies to hold people to accountability, request answers, demand actions and raise awareness of failings. We are still experiencing the same failings ten years later, parallel to the post office, even when the powers that be have constantly been told, things are happening in plain sight.
