Reports have been covered by ITV Anglia of the inquests into the deaths of family, Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, Kanticha Sukpengpanao, 36, Jasmin Kuczynska, 12, and Natasha Kuczynska, 8.
Samantha Goward, the Norfolk area Coroner was holding back tears, reaching for tissues and visibly crying within the court.
These deaths prompted the stalling of the RightCareRightPerson being rolled out in the Norfolk area. When Mr Kuczynski, who was known to mental health services, called for help in the early morning, the police did not attend.
